Biography


Steven has over a quarter century's worth of experience both locally and overseas. He has led a wide range of projects addressing master planning, mixed-use developments, commercial, high-rise & high density residential (private & HDB) developments, institutional and LTA transit projects, from which the he has garnered over 45 design and green awards. Two of his most notable projects would be the large mixed-use developments of Great World City and City Square. Other landmark projects include the Icon, a 46-storey condominium in the CBD with retail at the ground level, which was notable as one of tallest residential buildings when completed in 2007. Steven also oversees public housing, HDB's BTOs and LTA's MRT projects, which include several stations on both the Downtown Line and upcoming Thomson-East Coast line. His overseas portfolio includes master-planning residential developments in Iskandar, Malaysia and Bangalore & Pune, India.
