Biography

Daniels spearheads digital and AI implementation, turning technology into daily practice across ONG&ONG Group. He has applied BIM for more than two decades across healthcare, infrastructure, mixed-use, commercial, master planning and residential developments, covering the full project value chain from conceptual design and construction through to asset delivery. Today he advances VDC and IDD processes as well as an AI rollout spanning multiple LLMs and Gen AI, backed by a built environment knowledge base, boosting productivity across design, engineering and project management workflows. He oversees 360i, ONG&ONG Group’s in-house AI platform that connects project knowledge, regulatory information and business workflows in a secure, governed environment. 360i won IMDA’s SME AI Impact Awards 2026. Under his digital transformation leadership, the Group has also earned recognition over the years, including BCA Company of the Year, SBR Innovator of the Year, Autodesk Cloud Advocate of the Year, the IMDA Techblazer Award and BCA Platinum Awards for BIM and IDD (2016 and 2021), alongside ISO 19650 accreditation. Prior to joining ONG&ONG Group, he spent over a decade with leading architecture firms in Australia, implementing BIM and design technology on major healthcare, retail and infrastructure projects.
