This project called for the conversion of an old office building into a city hotel. A major design challenge was resolving the existing MEP and structure of the office spaces to suit the demands of a hotel. This involved extensive changes and modifications to create a layout that suited the building's new purpose.
The interiors of the 161-key city hotel with lobby and a restaurant were designed with a modern contemporary look. As most of the guestrooms are a compact 22-23sqm, the designers opted for light and neutral colours and a unified scheme across both bathrooms and bedrooms to make the spaces feel larger.
