Nestled in the heart of Jakarta’s most vibrant district, Fatmawati, Topgolf Jakarta is a state-of-the-art sport and entertainment complex. The architecture is a seamless fusion of modern design and functionality, perfectly aligned with the pulse of South Jakarta's thriving lifestyle and urban energy while maintaining its identity as a global company of Topgolf Sport & Entertainment.

Spanning 3.5 hectares, the design of the complex draws inspiration from its surrounding environment while incorporating the distinctive shape of its driving range. The building’s bold, angular form mirrors the motion and dynamism associated with golf, while also reflecting the fast-paced nature of the surrounding city. The structure’s sleek lines and full height glass panels bring an open, welcoming atmosphere to the complex, offering visitors both a sense of connection to the urban fabric and an immersive experience within the venue itself.

At the core of this three-level venue are 102 hitting bays—34 per floor—each powered by Toptracer technology to deliver a data-driven, interactive golfing experience. The layered structure creates a seamless spatial flow between the hitting bays, F&B outlets, VIP lounges, event spaces, and back-of-house facilities. The open-plan concept ensures visual connectivity, encouraging interaction between guests while maximising natural light penetration through expansive glass façades.

The facade design employs a layered design that juxtaposes solid and transparent materials, is carefully thought out to maximize both functionality and aesthetic appeal, while also responding to the site's specific orientation. Specifically, with a North-South orientation, the design strategy becomes even more critical in managing sunlight, privacy, and energy efficiency.

A strong indoor-outdoor connection defines the guest experience. Each level features an F&B outlet with both indoor and alfresco seating, offering unobstructed views of the outfield. The ground level is home to a well-designed putting green, reinforcing the recreational essence of the development. A virtual golf simulator, positioned indoors, ensures year-round engagement regardless of weather conditions.

The landscape design integrates lush greenery with functional spaces. Shaded pedestrian pathways, signature trees, and perimeter planting provide natural screening, minimising light and noise pollution while enhancing the urban environment. The arrival experience is thoughtfully crafted, with monochromatic planting selections and a welcoming drop-off zone that heightens the sense of exclusivity for guests.

Topgolf Jakarta is not just for golf, it’s a lifestyle destination where sport, architecture, and social engagement converge in a dynamic, immersive environment.
