The new corporate office for NHG Health Group embodies the organisation’s mission of “Adding years of healthy life” through an environment shaped for wellbeing, connection, and collaboration. Guided by the design directions of Embrace, Engage, and Connect, the workplace was realised through the collaboration of ONG&ONG and SCA Design. The result is a human-centred, inclusive, and purpose-driven environment that reflects NHG’s values. 

The journey begins in an open lounge where mustard-toned seating and low tables encourage short conversations and quiet reflection. Teal ceiling panels with concealed lighting diffuse a calm glow, while vertical greenery and warm timber finishes infuse freshness and comfort. Together, these elements create a soft threshold that invites pause and connection before entering the main workspace.

Extending from this entry zone are meeting and conference rooms designed for both focus and collaboration. The main conference room balances formality with warmth, expressed through timber finishes, upholstered wall panels, and tinted glass partitions. Flexible meeting suites can be subdivided into smaller spaces, supporting workshops and discussions of varying scales, while informal lounges and seating pods encourage spontaneous interaction and teamwork.

The upper floors form the collaborative core, where clusters of workstations are bathed in daylight and surrounded by muted green tones that echo biophilic calm. Ergonomic design and flexible layouts enable teams to adapt easily, supporting NHG’s agile work culture. Nearby, the CEO office embodies leadership through simplicity and empathy, complemented by a private meeting space finished in matching tones.

Across the workplace, multiple pantry zones and a lively communal hub offer moments of rest and interaction. Each space features a distinct palette—from forest greens to warm burgundies—reflecting a hospitality-inspired sensibility.

Located within the HealthCity Novena master plan, NHG’s corporate office strengthens the connection between healthcare, innovation, and community. More than a workplace, it is a living ecosystem that nurtures wellbeing, collaboration, and purpose in every sense.
