ONG&ONG Vietnam provided architectural, landscape, and interior design services for the project. The two-storey development is a multi-retail complex anchored by a GO! Hypermarket and complemented by a diverse mix of retail and F&B tenants.

The building is arranged with a clear perimeter frontage and multiple access points that establish visibility from surrounding streets and facilitate direct entry. Surface parking supports vehicular access and circulation. Internally, broad circulation zones accommodate flexible tenant layouts and peak visitor volumes circulation.
