Biography

Thomas joined Project Innovations in 2008 as Managing Director. Prior to this appointment, he was Executive Director of Lum Chang Building Contractors and Chief Operating Officer of Sum Cheong Corporation. He specialises in the management of foundation, building, waste treatment, marine and infrastructure projects. He has held senior positions in the Singapore Civil Service and managed several prestigious civil construction works involving public roads, expressways, bridges and the mass rapid transit system. Thomas has also worked on construction projects in Australia, China, Malaysia, Myanmar and Vietnam. As Executive Director for the ONG&ONG Group, he is responsible for the overall management of operations and business, in providing consultancy services for Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape, Project Management and M&E Engineering in Singapore and regionally.
