Lit How champions the human capital development of the Group in 7 countries – Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar and Mongolia, taking care of 3 critical functions of corporate governance – Human Resource Management, Learning & Development and Knowledge Management. 

In addition to planning and managing the Human Resource operations, Lit How has also created the 360U, ONG&ONG Group’s very own corporate university to champion “Business Driven, Real World Learning”. The 360U develops the capability of our people in line with market developments by offering internal proprietary programmes and courses, supplemented with select external courses for the total capability development of our people. 

Lit How has a total of 28 years of experience in design, architecture, education and management. He was also an educator and an entrepreneur before joining the ONG&ONG Group. Lit How currently serves on the Advisory Committee of the School of Design and Media of Nanyang Polytechnic and is a Design Studio Leader at the School of Architecture of the National University of Singapore (NUS).

He was instrumental in the success of many industry-academia collaborations such as the ONG&ONG Architects-in-Residence at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), the ONG&ONG-BCA Scholarships and the Service Experience Design Masterclass with Nanyang Polytechnic.

Lit How believes that an organization must go beyond its boundaries to become an exponential ecosystem together with industry champions, technology specialists, think tanks and the academia.
