Singapore‘s new Bedok Public Library, housed in the integrated civic hub Heartbeat@Bedok, continues as a third space for the community. Targeting new families and senior residents, the two-storey library promotes a conducive yet enjoyable learning experience.

Dedicated levels cater to specific age groups – abundant handrails and desk lights for the elderly on the first level, and fun, garden-themed furniture for the children on the upper floor. Digital upgrades and pragmatic design ensure that the place for learning drastically improves the user experience for residents in Bedok town.
