The 55 Blair Road project saw the restoration of a traditional art deco style shophouse. To brighten the spaces, the courtyard was opened to serve as a large light well, while reflective aluminium cladding on the walls also help to reflect sunlight. This also maximises cross-ventilation for effective natural cooling of the interior.

Static walls were replaced with glazed partitions, which works to either segregate the outdoor pool from the rest of the first floor, or merge it into a single, large space. The home's lounge walls double as both exhibition and storage space, creating the ideal setting contemporary living.
