Architecture

Designed for the needs of a young family, the exteriors of wood and concrete denote the formal living areas from family zones. Utility spaces are smartly disguised behind wall panels, with a helical staircase as the centrepiece. The second floor features a private living area, with a wide balcony. The teak cladding stretches upwards to the third floor and attic, enveloping the family rooms. The third floor features an open playscape for the children, while the staircase culminates at the attic, where the master bedroom is bounded by greenery on both ends with a balcony for outdoor relishes.
