Situated in the popular dining enclave that is Holland Village, Hansang serves up Korean charcoal barbecue delights within its 300 square metre shop space.

Two floors are divided into smaller areas for general and private dining, kitchens, a barbecue bar, a pancake station and restrooms. Open air seating on the ground floor also provides an option for alfresco dining.

Modern materials, like metallic-looking wall tiles, were used to shape traditional elements of Korean culture, and strike a successful balance between the old and the new. The restaurant layout also facilitates air circulation – an important consideration for indoor barbecuing.

The second floor was designed to meet the client's requirement of having a venue that could accommodate large groups of guests for events, yet could just as easily be converted into smaller private areas when necessary. Along with the snazzy barbecue bar counter on the first level, these unique design features are what make Hansang special.
