Liang Lit How is the Director of Capability Development, where he formed 360U, ONG&ONG's very own corporate university, to empower the staff with business-driven, real world learning and capability development. In addition, he launched the 360U HiPo programme at ONG&ONG, a unique leadership development programme for high potential individuals.

Lit How has practiced architecture for 7 years after graduating from the National University of Singapore in 1993. In 2000, he became a design educator till 2010. He was instrumental in founding a new design school at a renowned polytechnic in Singapore, and later became the school's first Deputy Director. He was also the Centre Director of an innovation centre that conducts applied R&D in Experience Design. In 2018, Lit How was appointed a member of the Design Advisory Committee of the School of Design at Nanyang Polytechnic.

Lit How believes that design, architecture and engineering serve a higher purpose - to massively transform the world in a positive way.
